If you’re ready to make an immediate impact with your next advertising campaign, a video brochure is a wise choice. Many organizations use video in their brochures to introduce new products, educate new customers, and ask for financial support for upcoming projects. Video is a unique way to grab attention, allow viewers to see your message, and motivate them to take action.
Once you’ve decided on using video brochures in your next marketing campaign, you may have questions about how the process works. When you partner with Red Paper Plane, one of our project managers will reach out to you after the order is placed to arrange the transfer of your video files.
If you want to upload your own video, we’ve made it super simple! Here’s a quick and easy overview of how everything works.
Step 1
Plug the supplied USB to USB-C cord from Red Paper Plane into the video brochure.
Step 2
Plug the USB cord into your computer or adaptor.
Step 3
Once you plug in the USB cord, the video brochure will launch as an external hard drive. After the video brochure launches, locate the test video on it and delete it.
Step 4
Video brochures take up a lot of space, so empty the trash on your computer to free up space. Place your new video in the same file location where the test video was located.
Step 5
The next step in adding a video to your video brochure is to eject the video brochure as you would an external hard drive. Finally, play the video to ensure playback quality.
Adding your video to your video brochure is quick and easy. If you have questions along the way, we’re happy to help!
